The hearth is the soul of the gîte, the centre that draws everybody in. The Stûv woodburning stove is ingenious with its system of 3 doors on a pivot. It dispenses an agreeable warmth, convivial, efficient and respectful of the environment. Its flames warm the hearts and the spirits after a full day; one would wish for wintertime just to be able to fully enjoy it.

Cosy lounge

Spacious, the lounge is welcoming and comfortable. Entertainment à la carte: more then 80 television channels and 50 musical cable channels, all the radios of the world with TuneIn. Netflix films and series are directly accessible and you can connect to your preferred streaming services or the content of your Smartphone on the television.

The table dressing

The table cloth is white, the sets coloured if you wish, contemporary crockery and beautiful cutlery to dress a special table everyday. The dimensions of the table are generous (1,40 x 1,40 m ) accommodate an intimate or a more formal disposition, according to your mood!

Home office

If necessary, the table can be used as a desk with high speed broadband connection, direct or by wi-fi, power sockets close by. If the office is more permanent, it is possible to take your meals at the kitchen counter which is perfectly appropriate. In this way you can separate the space and functions following your needs.

View on the garden

The living room is fully oriented south and benefits from an optimal exposure to the sun. The large floor to ceiling window extend visually the living room into the garden.
